This new and modern apartment is located slightly north of Lausanne city centre in Plaines-du-Loup, Lausanne’s new eco-neighbourhood. It is opposite bus stops for quick access to the metro or directly to the campuses and was built and furnished in 2023 to accommodate a total of four students.
The building was constructed by the ‘Le Bled’ cooperative and is designed to promote community living, with shared spaces and social activities that everyone is welcome to join.
Our apartments differ from other residences in that they require more independence from students. The foundation does not provide cleaning services and only rarely intervenes in the apartments. It is therefore up to the students to ensure that cohabitation, cleaning and waste management run smoothly.

This is an independent shared flat for 4 people with a private bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, and a kitchen with a shared hall/living room area.
Cellar space and bike storage are available in the basement, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
