The Valentin Residence

This residence was completely restructured and opened its doors to students in 1994. It is located in downtown, 2 minutes from all amenities, and 10 minutes by subway from the university campus. It has 34 single rooms spread over 5 floors, including 5 rooms (boys) on the ground floor, 8 rooms on the 1st (girls), 2nd (boys) and 3rd floors (girls), and 6 rooms in the attic (girls ).

The rooms have sizes ranging from 8 to 20 m2.

The FSLE provides furniture including a bed with the bedding (down, cushion and sheets), a bedside table, a wardrobe and a desk.

The shared spaces, consisting of an equipped kitchen and a living room, are on the ground floor. Sanitary facilities are available on each floor. These have 2 separate rooms, one with 3 shared shower cubicles (set next to each other), and another with 2 toilets.

A laundry room is available in the basement, with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

A terrace is also available on the ground floor, accessible from the living room.

The tenant must provide his kitchen equipment and towels. However a certain amount is already in place and shared among the students.

The FSLE provides regular cleaning of the shared spaces by a cleaning staff. However the students are expected to ensure a requested cleanliness by following the guidelines on the usage of the shared spaces and waste disposal.
