Welcome – FSLE (Fondation Solidarité Logement pour les Étudiant‑e‑s)

The FSLE (Fondation Solidarité Logement pour les Étudiant‑e‑s) was founded in July 2008 by the FAE (Fédération des associations d’étudiant‑e‑s) of UNIL, the FSLE aim to solve the lack of housing for students and apprentices in Lausanne. It operates by providing furnished accommodation for students at an attractive price.

The FSLE is privileged to collaborate closely with public institutions like the City of Lausanne and the Coopérative Cité Derrière.

It has three permanent residences (Le Valentin, Le Chablais and La Meute), the Marc-Dufour Villa and a complex of several apartments at Bérée. In addition, there are various short to medium-term projects for more than 150 rooms.

Since January 2010, the foundation has built a partnership with prestigious schools like the École Polytechnique de Lausanne (EPFL), the École cantonale d’art de Lausanne (ECAL) or also the Haute École de Musique (HEMU).
